Network Operations will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday May 16, 2006 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m... 5/2/06 Network Maintenance
The Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) will be making upgrades to the Webmail server beginning at midnight, Tuesday, May, 9th. The upgrade is expected to take between four and six hours.

Prior to the upgrade, please download messages from your Centramedia e-mail account, as well as those from e-mail accounts linked to any Centramedia-hosted domains. The NOCC will perform a backup of all e-mail files; however, to ensure receipt of all expected, incoming e-mail, you are advised to take necessary precautions by downloading your messages.

4/13/05 Network Maintenance
We will be implementing a core upgrade to our services beginning Sunday, April 17. Some system wide outages can be expected between the hours midnight Sunday, through 4 A.M. Monday morning. This upgrade is necessary to improve and maintain our level of service and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2/8/05 Network Maintenance
Network Operations Center will be performing maintenance on many of the servers tonight, 8 Feb., beginning approximately 11:30 PM. and running until 9 Feb., approximately 1:00 AM. Also, there will be an upgrade to the network core. These upgrades and maintenance will effect all centramedia customers. If you experience difficulties after 2:00 AM, please contact our technical support staff for assistance.

12/23/03 Network Maintenance
Centramedia Online Services will be performing scheduled maintenance at 6 pm c.s.t. on Dec. 23, 2003. All wireless customers will be affected temporarily. Services should be restored by 6:15pm on Dec. 23,2003. If customers still experience problems after that time, please contact Technical Support
